Living Will Registry
As part of your membership in Final Exit Network we offer free registration in the U.S. Living will registry. This allows anyone to access your Living Will electronically wherever you may be and need to have it. It is of particular value should you need it while traveling far from home.
Information about the Registry can be found on their website at www.uslivingwillregistry.com, including links for advance directives peculiar to each state. In order to receive this service free under Final Exit Network sponsorship, the applicant must use the Network source code number.
