Our services are free and are offered to our members in all 50 states. Our guides travel to you and educate you on your personal choices. You must, however, be able to competently choose, as well as be able to effect your exit.

We believe no one should suffer a traumatic death, and we will do our best - within the limits of each state's laws - to educate you on your alternatives.

Our medical committee evaluates all requests for Exit Guide services by a member to ensure that the applicants comply with our official written criteria and are mentally competent adults who are physically capable of accomplishing their own self-deliverance without any illegal assistance.
Our Exit Guides -
a compassionate presence
Volunteer

We are always looking for people who can help us with running the organization or who would like to join the Board. We are especially looking for those with experience in administration, finance, law, grant writing, fund raising, business operations or who have experience in press release writing. Alternately, if you have organizational ability, a willingness to take on a project and make it happen, will organize a meeting in your locale (with or without our speaker), get a discussion group together in your home or elsewhere, write a letter on our behalf, raise money for a billboard in your area, we would like to hear from you. Send a brief resume indicating your interests to: PR@finalexitnetwork.org

Final Exit Network is a volunteer organization serving members in all 50 states who are suffering from intolerable medical circumstances, are mentally competent, want to end their lives, and meet our official, written criteria. Those conditions include cancer, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease), Alzheimer’s, Huntington’s, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, emphysema, congestive heart failure, stroke, AIDS, and many other lesser-known but serious, frequently lengthy ailments. We offer the most current information known for self-deliverance when the member is ready to choose. Safeguards are in place to ensure that the person’s decision is voluntary and repeatedly stated.

"I would like my health problems to be evaluated by the Medical Committee to find out if I am eligible for Exit Guide Services."
Please be specific about your needs and be sure to send us your correct contact information. You can also call our phone number 866-654-9156 for exit support information.
